MARIUS JEFF CAILEAN is the President and founder of Phoenix Success, Inc.

Marius graduated “Magna Cum Laude” from Arizona State University with a Bachelor’s of Science in Accountancy and, for more than ten years, has worked as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in Arizona.  Also, he is licensed by Intuit, Inc., as a Certified Advanced QuickBooks ProAdvisor and is a member of the Arizona Society of Certified Public Accountants.  Lastly, as an adjunct faculty instructor at Maricopa Community College, Marius taught QuickBooks for a number of years.

Marius is the only member of CAILEAN, CPA AND BUSINESS CONTULTANTS, PLLC in Glendale, Arizona and provides Accounting, Finance, IT and Business Consulting and training services to small businesses across the valley.   These services include research, installing new computer and accounting systems, as well as reviewing the setup and functionality of previously implemented IT and accounting systems.  This entails providing start-up assistance for new businesses from installing IT systems, accounting systems, training, licensing, insurance and bonds to financial statements and tax returns.   Also included, would be developing new, or revising existing business plans, marketing plans, and assessing business risk assessment.  For recommending improvements to a particular businesses’ approach, services would extend to analyzing cash flows, working capital, costs, credit and evaluating break-even points. Finally, Cailean, CPA and Business Consultants would assist in the preparation of financial statements; sales tax, payroll and tax returns; as well as provide tax and financial planning.

For over seven years, Marius worked for a local CPA firm by providing accounting expertise in the preparation of financial statements and tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations and fiduciary entities.

Denisa Kaporalis is an Arizona Certified Legal Document Preparer at Phoenix Success, Inc. She serves as a Designate Principal by helping clients with Business Formations of all kinds, preparing Power of Attorneys, Wills and Trusts.  She is also a notary and professional translator in Spanish, French, German and Romanian. For ten years Denisa worked as a licensed Associate Broker with Prestige Realty and can provide assistance with all Real Estate transactions including Deeds, Leases, and Contracts. She is an active member of the National Association of Paralegals and the National Association of Realtors.
